SES Engineering Services is seeking a Principal Technical Mechanical Manager to join our London team, focusing on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

Our Principal Technical Managers play a key role in our business, handling both work-winning and project delivery, providing leadership, management, governance, and engineering excellence before and after contract execution, for large projects or a portfolio of projects.

As a Principal Technical Manager, you will:

• Ensure compliance with business processes, conduct Design Reviews, and coach MEP Designers, managing technical actions.
• Participate in and contribute to 'Making a Great Start' & Strategy Presentations & IPD Workshops.
• Take technical accountability for mechanical engineering services on projects.
• Assess, coach, and develop Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers.
