What you'll need to succeed:

At least eight years' experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy. Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit experience advantageous). Chartered status with IStructE or ICE. Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent). Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability.
