My client is looking for an experienced Principal Sales Engineer to join their team in London or Fareham (hybrid).

You will work closely with the Sales Manager in managing complex clients' requirements from a technical point of view and will help the Sales team to drive the company's growth across Europe and Africa.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering (or solid experience!)
• 3+ years ideally in Renewables (or Energy Storage projects, ideally)
• Strong technical & proposal writing skills
• A natural leader who loves teamwork and innovation
• Proactive, adaptable, and ready to make an impact
