Principal Planning Officer - Strategic Major Applications - 6 Month Contract (£55-£65/h)

We are seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to lead on strategic major planning applications for a 6 month assignment paying £55-£65 per hour.

Ideal candidate

• Recent, hands on experience dealing with large scale strategic major applications
• A proven ability to manage multiple complex major schemes simultaneously
• Confidence operating at Principal Officer level within a Local Authority
• Strong report writing, negotiation and project management skills
• The ability to work independently and drive applications through to determination
