Principal Planning Officer - Remote & Regeneration Lead

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is seeking a Principal Planning Officer for the South East on a 6 month contract. You will mostly work from home with site visits and key meetings; office presence is flexible and discussed on application.

You will lead major applications (100-400 units) and contribute both individually and as part of a team to sustain the high level of service the authority provides. Compensation is £55-£60 per hour DOE Inside IR35.
