Principal, People - Hybrid Leader Driving Talent & Growth

Zapp is recruiting a Principal, People to lead the People function from its London HQ. This role drives the people strategy across talent, reward, compliance and culture, partnering with directors and managers to deliver practical, commercially-aligned HR solutions.

You will own employee relations, recruitment, payroll partnering, and analytics, supporting both office-based and fulfilment-centre teams. This is a high-growth, on-site 4 day role in Nine Elms, London.
