The Position

You will work on an exciting range of projects across industries such as commercial, residential, and Industrial and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• As a Principal, you will need to be fully conversant in all aspects of mechanical design associated with Building Engineering Services including the site-wide authority supplies required for major construction sites and industrial premises.
• Some key responsibilities include demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of detailed co-ordination with other design disciplines and delivering projects from inception to completion, through your efforts and that of your team.
• You will also need to be competent in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types, possess a thorough understanding of the relevant and current British and Industry Standards and have the ability to prioritize project and team workloads and work on tight deadlines.
