The Principal NetSuite Consultant is a senior delivery expert responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems. This individual brings deep techno-functional expertise, hands-on Suite Script development skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical and business challenges.

• Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery of NetSuite ERP projects.
• Lead SuiteScript development: scripts, workflows, custom forms, fields, dashboards.
• Manage complex data migrations, custom reports, and mass data processing.
• Coordinate functional and technical discovery sessions with clients.
• Create detailed technical documentation, flow diagrams, and integration specs.
• Oversee system testing, deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution.
• Drive system performance tuning, error troubleshooting, and scalability improvements.
• Mentor functional and technical consultants across projects.

• 8-10 years ERP implementation experience, with 5+ years in NetSuite.
• Expert-level skills in Suite Script, workflows, and NetSuite configuration.
• Experience with integrations involving CRM, Accounting, Inventory, or eCommerce systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on delivery track record.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of NetSuite performance optimization and API use.
