Principal / Associate Structural Engineer

Exciting career opportunity for a structural engineer at either principal or associate level who has at least 10 years' experience looking to join a well-established and growing national firm in Sheffield.
This is a senior position offering real influence over team direction, project delivery, and business development. You'll work closely with high-profile clients across sectors including retail, logistics, and manufacturing, leading projects ranging from structural assessments and refurbishments to production facility upgrades and small-scale developments.
The role:
- Lead a skilled team on technically varied projects
- Shape business strategy, bids, and client relationships
- Clear pathway to future leadership and wider business involvement
- Supportive, established team and high-profile, repeat clients
About you:
- Chartered (CEng MICE or MIStructE), 10+ years' experience
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Commercially minded, confident managing finances and bids
