Here's what you'll need
We are seeking individuals with strong design and communication skills with a collaborative working and positive, can-do attitude.
They will need to be able to work independently and take design responsibility for decision-making and output deliverables. Proven problem solving abilities and attention to detail is a must.
Successful candidates will be:
- Qualified ARB Architect in the UK with professional registration
- Degree in Architecture and/or Urban Design
- MA or MSc higher education qualification to RIBA Part 3
- Professional experience of the delivery multi-disciplinary design and construction projects
- Knowledge of BIM based delivery including Autodesk Revit/BIM360
- Ability to lead Architectural teams on large Multi-Disciplinary design projects
- Advanced English language skills
- Knowledge of multiple design sectors including complex infrastructure projects
- Good working knowledge of statutory regulations within the United Kingdom
- Strong Design Drawing and written communication skills
- Experience of preparing Bids and Proposals
- Ability to travel within the UK and Europe to periodically to support project delivery
