UBS is seeking a Prime Financing Relationship Manager to join our team in London. This role focuses on supporting organic growth within existing client portfolios, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with various teams across the bank.
Your responsibilities include:- Driving client profitability and market share growth, especially where you have Client Captain responsibility.
- Serving as the primary contact for a defined list of clients, offering solutions to enhance their experience and addressing barriers to business.
- Partnering with sales and coverage teams to achieve distribution objectives.
- Enhancing the bank's infrastructure to promote a unified client experience.
- Providing subject matter expertise to vet and develop new relationships and strategies.
- Identifying and developing innovative client solutions within bank policies.
- Focusing on internal change management, system improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Promoting best practices and market standards in client adoption and balance sheet management.
- Collaborating across Global Markets as a product and client expert.
- Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience or exposure to Prime Brokerage products and clients.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high workloads.
