• - Support teachers with classroom learning and behaviour management.
• - Provide 1-to-1 and small-group support, including for SEND pupils.
• - Assist with literacy, numeracy, reading and classroom activities.
• - Prepare learning resources and help maintain an organised classroom.
• - Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, lunch and school activities.
• - Promote positive behaviour, engagement and pupil wellbeing.
• - Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school policies.
• - Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff.

Role Requirements

• - Relevant experience of working with children is desirable but not necessary
• - A Clear Enhanced DBS check
• - GCSE A -C or equivalent in Maths and English
• - A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
