Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Saltash and Launceston who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support their classrooms.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to gain experience in schools, build relationships locally, or secure flexible work around your schedule.
The Role:- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning
- Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
- Experience working with children (in school or similar setting)
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting children's development
