- Mindset: Resilient, energetic, empathetic, and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
- Safeguarding: Must hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Transport: Due to the rural farm location in Clitheroe, access to your own vehicle is strongly recommended.
- Unique Work Environment: Step away from rigid desk-based teaching and make a genuine impact through nature- and farm-based learning.
- Small Class Sizes: Enjoy dedicated time to focus on individual child development and therapeutic education.
- Temp-to-Perm Security: A clear pathway to permanent employment with the school.
- Competitive Pay: Paid weekly via PAYE.
- Work-Life Balance: Term-time only schedule with no excessive evening marking demands.
