The school is looking to appoint a Primary Cover Teacher on a part-time, long-term basis from September. The successful Primary Cover Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality KS2 PPA cover across a range of classes, maintaining positive learning environments, and ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers undertake planning, preparation and assessment time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality KS2 PPA cover across a range of classes.
• Maintain a positive and effective learning environment.
• Ensure continuity of learning during class teachers' planning, preparation and assessment periods.

The successful Primary Cover Teacher will have:

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
