The RoleSmile Education is recruiting Primary Teachers with QTS to support schools across Grimsby. We have a range of supply and long-term teaching opportunities available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, or educators returning to the classroom, offering flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a variety of supportive school environments.
You'll have the chance to teach across different year groups while maintaining a strong work-life balance and showcasing your teaching skills to local schools.
What You'll Do- Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider school environment where required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in primary schools
- Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, resilient, and positive teaching approach
