The Role

Smile Education is recruiting Primary Teachers with QTS to support schools across Grimsby. We have a range of supply and long-term teaching opportunities available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, or educators returning to the classroom, offering flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a variety of supportive school environments.

You'll have the chance to teach across different year groups while maintaining a strong work-life balance and showcasing your teaching skills to local schools.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider school environment where required
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching in primary schools
  • Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible, resilient, and positive teaching approach
