EdStaff are a leading independent supply agency based in the Northwest, and we are currently working in partnership with a Huyton 2 form entry primary school looking to recruit a Year 1 teacher for the new academic year for a maternity cover post.
Person Specification:
- Hold relevant teaching qualification and have UK QTS status
- Confident in the classroom and able to use your own initiative
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes in the classroom
- Passionate about delivering fun and engaging lessons
- Desire to make a difference within educational settings
- Hold an up to date DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a full enhanced DBS check prior to placement.

- The school is a one form entry primary setting in a mixed area of Huyton
- They have a moderate amount of PP Pupils and a fantastic SEND provision for learners with SEND and Additional needs
- The school has beautiful outdoor spaces for students and is part of the Forest school's program
- SLT and management have a well-managed behaviour strategy and promote the Ethos of Kindness, Peace, and Love within school
