Primary Teacher - Daily Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Aspire People are currently recruiting primary teachers to work across a range of schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities available for teachers looking for daily supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles. This could suit teachers looking for flexibility, additional experience, or their next permanent position.

The Role:

Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Planning and adapting lessons to meet pupil needs
Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Working with teaching assistants and wider school staff
Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and attainment

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has recent experience teaching within a primary school
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Confident classroom management skills
Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
Passionate about supporting pupil progress
