Value Education is currently recruiting for qualified Primary Supply Teachers with QTS to work across primary schools in Liverpool.

Schools require additional teaching staff to cover planned and unplanned absences, staff sickness, training days and periods of increased demand. These opportunities can provide regular weekly work while allowing you to maintain flexibility around your availability.
The RoleAs a Primary Supply Teacher, you will provide classroom cover across primary schools, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues effectively in the absence of their usual teacher.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing cover for planned and unplanned teacher absences
- Teaching pupils across the primary age range
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and learning activities
- Adapting lessons to meet the needs of different pupils
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Maintaining a positive, safe and productive learning environment
- Following school policies and procedures
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
- Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour
- Completing appropriate handover notes for the class teacher
We are looking for qualified primary teachers who are reliable, confident and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
You must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- A professional, enthusiastic and reliable approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
