Primary Supply Teacher

Want to teach without the full-time pressure?
If you love the classroom but could do without the late-night planning and weekend marking, supply teaching might just be your perfect match.
We're working with a brilliant mix of mainstream primary schools across Southwark and nearby boroughs, all looking for reliable, friendly teachers who can step in and make a difference, even if it's just for the day.
Whether you want one day a week or a full diary, we'll help you build a schedule that actually works for you.
What your days could look like:- Walking into welcoming, well run schools where you're genuinely appreciated
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference
- No planning? No problem. Just bring your teaching magic
- Finishing your day knowing you've made an impact, without taking work home
- Choose when and where you work, your week, your way
- Regular bookings in schools that suit your style
- Clear, early communication, no last minute surprises (unless you're into that)
- Friendly consultants who actually listen and get to know you
- UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Confidence in the classroom and strong behaviour management
- A flexible, can do attitude
- Someone who can hit the ground running and build rapport quickly
We keep things simple, supportive, and human. No jargon, no chasing, no guesswork, just honest support and roles that fit.
- Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
- FREE access to our CPD Academy
- Your own dedicated consultant
- Local work across mainstream, SEND, and alternative settings
- Easy registration and smooth booking process
- Referral scheme, bring your teacher mates along and earn rewards
If not, we'll get you sorted with our free Thrive training. It's a great way to build confidence in behaviour support and makes you even more in demand with schools.
