Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum that meet the individual needs of every learner. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom where pupils feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed. Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress, celebrate achievements and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide the very best support for every pupil. Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement initiatives and the wider life of the school. Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do. QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification. A genuine passion for helping children with complex needs and diverse learning styles thrive. A creative, flexible and adaptable approach to teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding outcomes. Driving licence required.
