Fancy teaching without the overwhelm or ready to settle into a school that just gets it?

We've got both.

We're working with a fantastic group of mainstream primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for reliable, engaging teachers to join them, whether that's for daily supply or long term roles.

Choose what works for you

Daily supply
Pick your days, enjoy the variety, and leave the planning at the door. Ideal if you want flexibility and a better work life balance.

Long term roles
Looking to build relationships and see real progress? Step into a longer term position where you can make a lasting impact in one school.

What your day could look like
  • Leading engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Creating a positive, well managed classroom environment
  • Adapting quickly and confidently to different school settings
  • Building rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • Leaving the classroom better than you found it
What schools are looking for
  • UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
  • A flexible, can do attitude
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and bring positive energy

Whether you're experienced or recently qualified, there's a place for you.

Why work with Protocol Education?

  • References
Teaching should feel rewarding, not relentless.
