We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our friendly primary school team. This is a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.
The role will involve working 10 hours per week, typically outside of school hours (early morning or after school).

Start Date: 1st September 2026
Contract: Part-Time (10 hours per week - 2 hours per day)
Salary: £14.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general cleaning duties including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Safely use cleaning equipment and materials in line with health and safety guidelines
- Dispose of waste appropriately
- Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns
The successful candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Have previous cleaning experience
- Be committed to working as part of a team
