About the Role
This specialist independent SEMH provision set in a unique and nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and resilient Class Teacher to work across Primary (KS2), supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment that supports SEMH learners
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS2
- Work closely with and direct Teaching Assistants to maximise pupil support
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and uphold high expectations
- Monitor progress through regular assessment, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Support the development of literacy and communication skills across the curriculum
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to whole-school development
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 students
- Experience or strong interest in SEMH / SEN settings
- Strong behaviour management and relational teaching approach
- Ability to deliver creative and adaptable lessons
- A collaborative and positive team player
