Job Description

About The Role

The Pricing Manager is accountable for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of Quarterly Customer Pricing across all MO products to ensure that the needs of our customers are met through affordable, sustainable pricing. This includes a wide range of vehicles, such as cars, wheelchair accessible vehicles, and powered wheelchairs and scooters. The role also supports strategic goals and operational deliverables of the wider business. Additionally, the manager will oversee an effective framework for managing all BAU and strategic programmes in collaboration with the Chief Asset Risk Officer, Leadership Teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the setting and delivery of the Asset Risk strategy aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the quarterly price guide and pricing optimisation are delivered effectively.
  • Manage lease cost inputs into customer pricing, ensuring accuracy, validation, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with Data Insight, product, and modelling teams to support future pricing strategies within the Asset Risk roadmap.
  • Support strategic pricing outlook, volume forecasting, and system enhancements across all MO product lines.
  • Implement an effective matrix working approach within your team and across Asset Risk and the wider business.
  • Manage and develop the Pricing Analysts through coaching and skills development.
  • Ensure pricing activities adhere to MO and Asset Risk governance standards.
  • Work with the Asset Risk Leadership Team to plan and manage all strategic projects and BAU activities over 12-24 months.
  • Promote colleague engagement and wellbeing through communication, development, and recognition initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with Asset Risk and other business leaders, advocating for Asset Risk and best practices.
  • Engage with external industry bodies and experts to align activities with external best practices.

About You

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about leveraging data for meaningful insights and impactful storytelling.
  • Confident in ensuring data accuracy and feeding models, insights, and outputs.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of business environment, market trends, and financial impacts to align models with strategic goals.
  • Proven ability to build enduring relationships and influence across the organization.
Minimum criteria
  • Extensive experience in delivering data and insight activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in Pricing within a complex business environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering insights and solutions that drive tangible business changes.
Who you'll be working with
  • The Asset Risk Leadership Team for strategic roadmap delivery and engagement.
  • The Asset Risk Operational Team for execution of team outputs.
  • Other business units (Finance, Treasury, Insurance, etc.) in assessing lease pricing propositions.
