President / Managing Director

Remote Full-Time Infrastructure for Financial Markets

We are a fast-growing technology provider delivering high-performance hosting infrastructure to financial clients worldwide. Our clients include trading firms, investment companies, and fintech innovators who rely on secure, low-latency, and highly available environments.

As our current partners step back from day-to-day operations, we're looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial President / Managing Director to take full ownership of the company's strategic direction, team leadership, and operational execution.

• Define and drive the company's long-term vision and growth strategy

• Oversee daily operations, including infrastructure, support, finance, and compliance

• Build and manage a cross-functional team: engineering, operations, sales, support

• Maintain and expand key client relationships in the financial markets sector

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and vendor contracts with a focus on sustainable growth

• Explore and launch new markets, partnerships, and service offerings

• Proven leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM, Managing Director) in a tech company

• Background in hosting, data centers, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), or related fields

• Strong knowledge of performance-sensitive environments (e.g., low latency, uptime, security)

• Experience working with capital markets clients is a major advantage

• Ability to operate independently in a lean team with hands-on involvement

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills

• Lead a profitable and scalable tech business with real impact in the financial sector

• Shape the company direction, culture, and future growth
