What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of solution proposals during pre-sales engagements and act as the designated Pre-Sales Solution Lead for qualified opportunities.
- Design and present innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client needs and proactive market initiatives.
- Manage multiple opportunities concurrently, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with product innovation, advisory, delivery, and change teams for seamless project handovers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, offering expert insights on Salesforce capabilities and industry developments.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and engagement.
- Elevate the team's brand profile and strengthen partnerships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Help shape internal processes and contribute insights based on professional experience.
- Stay informed about Salesforce innovations, competitor solutions, and evolving market dynamics.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and architecture.
- Ability to articulate and present complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with diverse business audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record in developing and closing large-scale Salesforce engagements.
- Understanding of commercial models, Agile delivery methods, and project management principles.
- Salesforce Application Architect certification is required; additional certifications are an asset.
- Background in designing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborative working style suited to fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A proactive, innovative approach with a focus on client value and business growth.
