We are looking for a Presales Director (m/f/d) based in the Paris area. What your day will look like
- Coordinate and plan the execution of strategies, set priorities, organize daily activities, and guide team members.
- Monitor work quality, activity metrics, success rates of presales deals, and team knowledge levels.
- Foster a positive team environment emphasizing transparency, trust, creativity, and structured work.
- Enable and oversee the team according to the Solution (Pre) Sales process and tools.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account and customer success plans aligning with Thinkproject & (Eagle) Account strategies.
- Manage team workload and professional development.
- Define and report on Team KPIs and individual objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and role model, inspiring content, process improvements, and work methods.
- Manage customer expectations and adapt to changes in their needs and values.
- Lead relationship building and networking within accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and growth.
- Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and strategies to the VP Pre Sales.
- Design and implement training programs within your expertise area for team development, in collaboration with the VP Pre Sales.
- Experience (technical/leadership):
Strong background in the relevant domain, experience in people management, and managing complex sales processes. - Functional/method expertise:
Proven experience in technical or sales consulting roles, excellent communication and presentation skills, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and a strong commercial mindset.
