We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self driven Service Advisor to join the busy Service Team at our state of the art showroom in Tonbridge.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the face of our aftersales department. You will manage the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing customer bookings, enquiries, and workshop scheduling.
• Conducting professional customer consultations upon vehicle arrival.
• Liaising with the workshop technicians to track vehicle progress and update customers.
• Explaining technical repairs and invoices clearly and transparently.
• Delivering an outstanding, first class level of customer service.

• Experience: Proven experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or busy motor trade environment.
• Driving License: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Attitude: A highly positive, enthusiastic, and self driven approach to work.
• Presentation: A smart, professional appearance appropriate for a premium automotive showroom.
• Customer Focus: A natural ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service.
