PREMIER CENTRAL LONDON CONSULTANCY: Head of Façade (Forensic) Engineering

Overview

Premier Structural Engineers based in Central London has a requirement for a Head of Façade (Forensic) Engineering to join the business to run the façade group and to help develop and expand it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the façade group and drive development and expansion of the façade practice.
• Mentor and develop the façade team; manage projects; maintain client-facing relationships; service existing clients and develop new business.
• Manage a workload consisting of UK and international commissions with project values up to £50 million in new-build and refurbishment sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive façade engineering design experience, project management and team-running experience with other premier UK consultancies.
• Capability to mentor and develop the façade team; strong client-facing skills.
• Design-focused with a portfolio of previous projects in new-build construction.
