Pre-Sessional and In-Sessional Academic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Manager to lead our Pre-Sessional English (PSE) and In-Sessional English for Academic Purposes (EAP) provision for international students.

You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, design, delivery, quality assurance, and continuous enhancement of programmes that support students' successful progression into and through higher education.

Managing academic staff, curriculum development, budgets, and operational delivery, you will ensure an outstanding learning experience across on-campus, hybrid, and online provision.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of leading EAP provision within UK Higher Education, a strong understanding of UKVI and quality assurance requirements, and a proven track record of curriculum innovation, team leadership, and student-centred practice.
