We are strengthening our Pre-Sales team and are looking for a Pre-Sales Project Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline and customer pilot projects under the responsibility of the Pre-Sales department., ensuring clear visibility, prioritization, and efficient execution of pre-sales initiatives.
This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment between Sales, Pre-Sales consultants, and technical teams, while guaranteeing that customer pilots are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visibility of the Pre-Sales pipeline, track progress, set milestones, and align with Sales.
- Organize opportunities, assign tasks, monitor teams, and resolve issues.
- Lead customer pilots: define scope, coordinate setup, data, and validation, manage risks, and ensure proposal readiness.
- Monitor workload, identify risks, and protect project margins.
- Standardize workflows, track KPIs, develop dashboards, and improve Pre-Sales efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in Tech environments or software implementation projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
- Experience in software implementation or technology projects is highly valued.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to travel
