Join Our Team!

To strengthen our team in Barcelona, we are looking for a Pre Sales Manager

starting in July 2025 or at a later date. From day one, you will receive comprehensive

training at our Questax Academy to enhance your sales skills and other essential

abilities. Your main responsibility will be cold calling and securing framework

contracts with our clients. But that's just the beginning! You will learn the art of

professional networking and presenting. Additionally, you will gain valuable insights

into IT knowledge that are crucial for daily interactions with our clients and

consultants.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You passionately focus on strategically building and maintaining collaborative customer relationships, with a primary emphasis on acquiring new clients.
  • You enjoy frequent phone calls and actively seek contact with our customers.
  • You independently organize and conduct meetings and presentations virtually via MS Teams.
  • You transform new customers into loyal clients by communicating intensively with them, elevating both your success and theirs to new heights.
  • You work closely with our Executive Managers and Recruiting teams to ensure that the best specialists are found for our clients.
  • You actively accompany the selection process and ensure seamless communication among all parties involved.
  • You are the central point of contact for your clients.
