ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Work closely with account managers to qualify opportunities and develop Cisco-based solutions.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, bills of materials (BoMs), and design documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Customer Engagement
- Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and map them to Cisco offerings.
- Explain complex technologies in a simple, business-oriented manner.
- Assist in preparing technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Solution Design
- Design solutions leveraging Cisco networking, wireless, collaboration, and security technologies.
- Ensure proposed designs meet performance, budget, and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with Cisco and internal specialists for solution validation when required.
Enablement & Development
- Maintain current Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) and stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Support sales and technical enablement sessions for colleagues.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions, or technical consulting role.
- Strong understanding of Cisco's networking (routing, switching, wireless) and security solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco tools (e.g., CCW, Meraki dashboard).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cisco certifications: CCNA required, CCNP preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
