Pre-Construction Cost Planner & Tender Expert

Elk Recruitment is seeking a driven Cost Planner/Pre Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team in Kildare. You will prepare budgets, extract BOQs, manage tenders and drive value engineering across projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in procurement, tender analysis, subcontractor coordination and strong Excel skills. You will work with project teams and consultants to ensure on-time delivery and cost control throughout pre-construction.
