Responsibilities

I need a strong Pre-Con Manager to:

• Prepare Schedules / Scopes of Works - whether Budget Costs or Fixed Price Contract Sums.
• Retain and grow relationships with trusted and reliable specialist sub-contractor
• Ensuring best price is always achieved.
• Management of sites to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Presenting Scopes & Costs & Project Programmes to end-user clients.
• Have an in depth knowledge of the D&B world.
