Practice Support Pharmacist: Flexible Onboarding & Recall

Abtrace Ltd. seeks an experienced Practice Support Pharmacist to onboard GP practices, optimise recall and monitoring workflows, and ensure successful adoption of the Abtrace platform in primary care.

This customer-facing role involves training, troubleshooting, proactive engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to improve client experience and patient outcomes. You will work from our Paddington office with flexibility for remote work two days a week.
