Post:Practice Nurse / Community Outreach Target Demand Management (TDM)

Pay: £19.78-£20.88 dependent on experience

Hours: Full, Part and Bank Hours Available

Accountable to: Head of Clinical Workforce

Reportable to: Clinical Manager

Base: Work will be undertaken on our Mobile Unit with a base of Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, FY4 4EW
