You'll work remotely and have regular meet ups with your team each quarter; plus there are plenty of events where you'll get to also get to see peers and clients.
The roleThis is a hands-on position managing multiple retained client accounts across hospitality and technology. You'll lead day-to-day client relationships, work closely with senior stakeholders (including C-suite), and deliver creative, results-driven b2b PR campaigns.
You'll have Account Director support, but you'll own the detail from strategy and storytelling to execution and results.
What you'll do- Manage retained PR accounts and lead day-to-day client activity
- Develop and deliver PR strategies, campaigns and proactive ideas
- Create standout content across press releases, thought leadership, awards and events
- Provide confident strategic counsel to senior clients
- Build strong journalist relationships and secure meaningful coverage
- Spot reactive opportunities through news and industry monitoring
- Oversee junior team members and keep accounts running smoothly
- Experience in a B2B PR agency role at either Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, with proven campaign and media success
- Strong writing and editorial judgement
- Confidence leading client calls and managing senior stakeholders
- Curiosity about hospitality, travel, property and technology
- Ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling stories
B2B PR experience (tech, travel, hospitality or property)
- Established media contacts
- Experience using PR and media monitoring tools
