ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a PR & Influencer Specialist you will be responsible for all activities and collaborations with influencers and the press, in several languages and territories in Europe. You will build meaningful relationships with media outlets, influencers, and content creators to ensure our brand is seen, heard, and loved by the right audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and executing creative PR strategies to increase brand visibility and drive positive media coverage. This includes drafting press releases, pitching media, and securing opportunities with top-tier outlets.
• Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and more to drive brand advocacy and product promotion.
• Creating and managing integrated influencer and PR campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand goals, resonate with the target audience, and deliver measurable results.
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics such as media reach, engagement, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a top school in Europe or the US
• Skilled in tools like Meltwater, Brandwatch, Traackr, or similar
• 2+ years experience in a reputable PR agency or media outlet
• Proficient copywriter, born negotiator and innate sales talent
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese; proficiency in other languages is a plus (German, French or Italian)

All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain. The job will be based 100% onsite in our HQ in Alcobendas, Madrid.
