Job Description
A multi-award winning, fun and informal London B2B PR agency is looking for a first-class Account/Project Manager to be the central link between the client, strategy and delivery teams.
PR Account Manager role:
Working with an international team of PR, marketing and digital professionals across offices in Europe and the US, you'll be supporting global clients in the B2B technology space.
PR Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Client management: Be the primary client contact, advising them and communicating regularly and clearly with them about their campaigns.
- Client relations: Building long-term relationships and developing and managing digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their marketing and business goals
- Campaign/project management: Working closely with the account strategy and delivery teams (in-house and freelance) to manage, deliver and evaluate digital marketing campaigns effectively and on deadline.
- Team coordination: Be the central hub and communications link between the client and your strategy, content, SEO, PPC and regional delivery teams
- Staying ahead: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of digital and project management techniques
- New business and marketing: Contribute ideas to help win new business and support digital marketing activity to grow the agency.
PR Account Manager Requirements:
We're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years digital account/project management experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency with b2b clients.
- A born communicator - the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and freelancers at all levels, and in a range of locations and time-zones.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday or ClickUp
- End-to-end knowledge of digital campaigns, techniques and paid and organic platforms - particularly Google, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
- Understanding of digital management and analysis tools to monitor, track and evaluate campaigns - including Google Analytics, Ad Manager, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media management and email marketing.
- Ideally CRM and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Pardot and Marketo.
- Track record of delivering client ROI - including brand growth, leads, pipeline and revenue.
