Job Description
Location: Crewe, CW1
Pay Rate: £14.09 per hour
Hours: 22:00 - 10:00 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Breaks: 1 hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Start Date: 27/01/2026
KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with PPT / Counterbalance FLT to join a large, well-established logistics operation based on the Crewe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, night-shift work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out general warehouse operative duties
- Operating PPT or Counterbalance FLT trucks safely
- Moving, loading, and unloading stock
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous warehouse experience
- PPT or Counterbalance FLT experience is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- £14.09 per hour
