PPA Cover Teacher

Milk Education is working with a friendly and well-established primary school in North Tyneside to recruit a PPA Cover Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys teaching across different year groups while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons while class teachers complete their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure pupils remain motivated and make good progress
• Liaise with class teachers to provide clear feedback following lessons
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Confident teaching across multiple year groups
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable and committed to high-quality teaching
