Job Description
Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. In this role, you will streamline internal business processes, enhance automation, and deliver actionable insights to drive data driven decision making across the organisation.

You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Create custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven) to support internal business processes, mobile workforce operations, and cross departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain, monitor, and optimise existing Power Platform solutions, including the Centre of Excellence.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems for seamless data flow and user experience.
  • Provide training, guidance, and documentation to internal teams to build capability and adoption of Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues, business stakeholders, and project teams to identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and data driven decision making.
  • Contribute to governance, security, and compliance standards across Power Platform usage.
  • Proactively research, pilot, and recommend new features or technologies within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Support change management initiatives, including workshops, coaching, and ongoing user support.
What we're looking for
  • Proven hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL 900) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, CoPilot, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, transformational environment with frequent context shifts.
