Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
  • Administer and maintain Power Platform components, including the Power Platform CLI.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to support CI/CD workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments.
  • Collaborate with IT support and development teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Document technical processes, support activities, and development work to ensure clear knowledge sharing.


You must have:

  • Proven experience with D365 CRM.
  • Strong experience in Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Hands on expertise in creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills in Azure DevOps and Power Platform environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • 6+ years of experience in development and/or administration roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments.
  • Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
  • European Union citizenship or valid Portuguese Work Visa / Residency.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office).
