Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
- Administer and maintain Power Platform components, including the Power Platform CLI.
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to support CI/CD workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments.
- Collaborate with IT support and development teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Document technical processes, support activities, and development work to ensure clear knowledge sharing.
You must have:
- Proven experience with D365 CRM.
- Strong experience in Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Hands on expertise in creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in Azure DevOps and Power Platform environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- 6+ years of experience in development and/or administration roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments.
- Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
- European Union citizenship or valid Portuguese Work Visa / Residency.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office).
