About the opportunity
The Digital & Data team works across our extensive portfolio of multi-disciplinary projects with major clients across all sectors. We are responsible for securing, incubating, building, and running new and existing software products and solutions for our customers. You would be joining a team of fast-moving problem solvers working on diverse projects including cyber security, front-end application development, detailed analytical and statistical modelling, and innovation in areas from machine vision to big data processing using Cloud services and beyond.
This role requires working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and exciting environment, with opportunities to shape best practices across the business. The position involves not only development but also understanding customer needs and the desirability of features, translating these into a packaged Power Platform solution.
- Full-time employment based on 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours and patterns to support work-life balance.
- This role is based on a Hybrid basis from our London office, with weekly on-site work at our client's operation in Thurrock, Essex.
You will work closely with the technical lead to design, implement, and build new solutions, gaining exposure to all aspects of the process:
- Design: Engage in collaborative workshops with end users to scope and wireframe end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs in a timely, secure, stable, and scalable manner.
- Build: Develop and integrate solutions to meet specifications.
- Test & Feedback: Conduct follow-up workshops and testing to ensure solutions function as intended and meet client needs.
- Deploy & Run: Deploy solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support as required.

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus professional experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and MS Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and customization within Power Platform, with knowledge of data architecture/design and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Certifications and experience such as Power Platform (PL-900, PL-100, 200, 400, 600), M365 Power Apps CoE, DAX & M, Cloud/Azure (AZ-900), D365 Administration & Development (MB-910).
- Experience working with Solution Architects and IT teams to ensure app environments align with IT strategies and goals.
