Power BI Performance Analyst - Children's Services

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Performance Analyst to strengthen performance insight across Children's Services. You will design and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards, providing timely intelligence to senior managers and the regulator.

You will bring strong analytical skills and expertise in Power BI and Excel, turning complex data into clear insights. This is a hybrid role with a 12-month fixed-term contract and 37 hours per week.
