The Post Purchase Experience Manager can be located in UK, IT or DE close to our facilities. This position involves providing dedicated expertise and overseeing all post-purchase activities related to carrier and transportation tracking and communication. The role includes maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers external service provider cross key markets, including Japan, the UK, Germany, and Italy.

Your to-do list:
- Responsible for the performance of internal teams and external partners, including Parcel-Lab/Narvar.
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy to support company goals.
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to improve the post-purchase experience.
- Collaborate with service providers to implement the product vision and prioritize requirements.
- Work closely with departments and shipping providers to ensure alignment.
- Product management throughout the entire product lifecycle for continuous improvements.
- Point of contact for service providers and internal customers to resolve issues.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and support business reviews.
Your must-haves:
- Proven experience in product management and logistics solutions, with extensive knowledge of logistics networks and track & trace capabilities.
- Ability to lead international optimization initiatives with cross-functional and cross-market expertise.
- Strategic skills to optimize products and enhance performance and service experiences.
- Expertise in post-purchase communication and transportation with years of logistics and supply chain experience.
- Strong educational background, preferably a university degree or comparable experience, and proficiency in customer experience within logistics.
- Fluency in professional English and proficiency in a local language is essential.
