Job description:
We are currently recruiting for a Post Award Project Officer to join our Research and Innovation Office team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until 28th February 2026.
About the role
As a Post Award Project Officer, you will support core post-award activities, from the initiation of research awards to ongoing financial management and project closure across all Loughborough University Schools and Departments.
You will join a busy team that delivers a high volume of work accurately and often to tight deadlines.
We are looking for highly organized individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and have excellent attention to detail. While experience in a similar role would be beneficial, full training and support will be provided.
This is a full-time (37 hours per week), fixed-term hybrid position - with part of your time working from home and part in the office.
For internal candidates, we are happy to consider a secondment, subject to mutual agreement between the employee's current line manager and the recruiting manager.
