Salary: £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Partners in Care are developing a specialist support team for an individual with anacquired brain injury living within the community who requires a highlyconsistent, psychologically informed approach to support.

The successful candidate will support the individual tomaintain independence and quality of life while helping to reduce distress,conflict, and instability through calm, professional, and consistentapproaches.

This is a specialist position requiring emotionalintelligence and resilience, professional boundaries, reflective practice, and the ability towork collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
